Facebook Hashtags Explained

How to use Hashtags on Facebook

What is the point of using hashtags? Well, when you put that pound sign in front of a word, it turns it into a clickable link. When you click on the link or hashtag, you’ll see a feed of public posts (or posts that are visible to you due to a friend relationship on Facebook) that include that hashtag. You use the pound symbol to identify keywords or trending topics for everyone to see.

With Facebook Hashtags being clickable and searchable, you can now start to use them in any status update to empower your brand, create powerful conversations or to create your own unique trend.
